We advise consumers and suppliers or service providers relative to the provisions outlined in the Consumer Protection Code, such as defective products and services; doctor, dentist, hospital and medical clinic responsibilities; insurance billing, delays in products and services delivery; undue debts on checking and savings accounts and credit cards; check and credit card fraud and fraudulent withdrawals; victims of fraud; cell phone fraud, vexatious billing, exorbitant interest, etc.; undue restriction on the Credit Protection entities (SCPC SERASA); undue protests in notary’s office.
